Do you find it challenging to take the latest theoretical studies and integrate them into your everyday practice? During this session, the presenter will review two video cases of a patient with stroke and walk you through a comprehensive approach from start to finish. Cases one and two will focus on a person at the wheelchair level and one who is walking household distance. Each case will begin with a video presentation of the patient performing functional activities. Then results of the priority outcome measures will be reviewed and combined with the evidence to develop the intervention plan. Video interventions will be shown that include creative approaches while emphasizing examples of motor learning strategies to improve outcomes.
