Elizabeth Lane
PT, DPT, PhD, OCS, FAAOMPT, CF-L2
Dr. Elizabeth Lane has practiced in outpatient orthopedics for 13 years and taught in postprofessional continuing education since 2013. She received her clinical doctorate in physical therapy from the Medical College of Georgia. She holds board certification in orthopedics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. She completed her PhD at the University of Utah under the direction of Julie Fritz, PT, PhD, FAPTA, with a focus on neuroscience education for those with chronic spinal pain. Dr. Lane has served as the director of an orthopedic residency and on the Residency/Fellowship Education Special Interest Group of the APTA Academy of Education. She currently holds a research faculty position at the University of Utah, where her research interests include chronic pain, low back pain, and pain neuroscience education.
